Polo Ridge is an inland area on the west coast of Barbados. Being more elevated than the coastal resorts give Polo Ridge an excellent view if the islands' stunning coastline. Paynes Bay is the nearest beach, being a few minutes drive or a leisurely stroll away and is one of the most tranquil beaches on this part of the island.
