Westmoreland is a semi-rural district in the St. James' parish of Barbados and is home to the prestigious Royal Westmoreland Golf Club. The busy Holetown is just two miles to the south and just a mile west is the long white sandy beaches which flank the island of Barbados. To the north is Speightstown, a busy port known as Little Bristol due to it's trading links with Bristol since the 17th century.

Westmoreland is home to a number of luxury holiday villas to rent due its idyllic location overlooking the Caribbean cost, far enough away from the urban centres to feel quiet and secluded, yet within a short walk of numerous bars, cafes, restaurants, shops, golf courses, and of course, the beach.
